Shipping terms

Shipping costs Germany & European Union

We deliver within Germany and to the European Union. Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Our plant-friendly quality packaging ensures that your plants arrive fresh and in the best condition.

Shipping costs Germany

Standard shipping within Germany (except islands)	Price
Plants, cuttings, leaf cuttings, substrates & soil	€5.99

Free shipping on orders of €50 or more.

Shipping costs European Union

Standard shipping European Union (except islands)	Price
Plants, cuttings, leaf cuttings	€9.90
Substrates & soil	€14.90

Free shipping for plants on orders of €100 or more.

Because of their higher weight, substrates and soil mixes are shipped as a parcel and therefore charged at their own shipping rate. If an order contains both plants and substrate, the respective shipping costs are combined in the cart and shown to you transparently before purchase.

Shipping in the cold months

At temperatures below 0°, plants risk not surviving transport unharmed. Shipping delays may therefore occur in cold weather. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Alternatively, during checkout under "Shipping method" you can add shipping in a styrofoam box with a heat pack for €3.90. We recommend this when outdoor temperatures drop below 0 degrees Celsius. Your order will then be shipped immediately despite the low temperatures.
