General Terms and Conditions of succulentswithlove

§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer
in their valid version at the time of ordering.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly
cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Formation of a contract, storage of the contract text

(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders via our online shop at https://succulentswithlove.com/.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part,
but is only an invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer for
the conclusion of a purchase contract.

Acceptance of the offer is made in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one week.
After the fruitless expiry of the deadline, the offer is considered rejected.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply:
The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order process provided in our online shop.

The order process is carried out in the following steps:

Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can return to the page where the customer's details are entered by
clicking the "Back" button contained in the internet browser used by the consumer after checking the details, and correct any input errors, or cancel the order process by closing the
internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (order confirmation). This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
Acceptance of the offer is made in writing, in text form, or by sending the ordered goods within one week.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by
email. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at https://succulentswithlove.com/agb/.

You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account -> My Orders.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, maturity

(1) The prices stated include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.

(3) If the consumer has chosen payment by prepayment, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise stated clearly in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately.
Delivery will be made within 7 working days at the latest.
The deadline for delivery begins in the case of payment by prepayment on the day after
the payment order is placed with the bank instructed to transfer the payment and for all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded.
If the deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the
goods sold shall also pass to the buyer upon dispatch, even in the case of a mail-order purchase, upon handover of the goods to the buyer.

§5 Retention of title

We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you,
who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than
the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days
from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal of this contract has reached us.
We will use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the
withdrawal of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
